Top Unexplored and uncrowded beaches in Goa

The first thing that comes to mind when you hear Goa is its nightlife. Made famous for the nightlife and beaches, Goa has become a hotspot for party enthusiasts but how do you find peace in this beautiful destination? Goa is usually flooded with tourists who love to enjoy the beaches during the day and hop on the party wagon in the night. But there is a place for travelers who are not keen of loud music and crowded places that is South Goa. Here are some of the unexplored and uncrowded beaches in Goa which are scenic, quiet and faraway from the loud music.

  1. Palolem Beach: Palolem Beach in South Goa is an exquisite destination. It is clean and full of natural beauty. The beach is seasonal, which means it is active from October to March only. It is surrounded by white powdery sand and coconut palms. It offers an ideal environment to relax and soak in the beauty of Goa. It is also one of the longest beaches in South Goa and is quieter than any other beaches. The sea is not rough and the sunset is amazing.

  1. Talpona Beach: Located in South Goa, the remote beach is ideal for those seeking complete isolation. The beach is untouched and there are very few people you will see here. It is surrounded by fir trees and there are limited snacks and beer. The beach is much cleaner than the beaches in North Goa.

  1. Patnem Beach: An appealing alternative to Palolem Beach, Patnem is a world renowned beach ideal for those who simply want to laze around and swim. The night life is laid back but at times there is live music in the beach shacks. The beach is surrounded by shacks that serve delicious food.

  1. Colomb Beach: This is one of the most remote beaches in Goa. Palm trees surround the beach which is covered with golden sand and black stones. The water is shallow and if you climb up a few rocks, you get a magnificent view.

  1. Agonda Beach: Agonda Beach has very few tourists and is ideal for sunbathing, swimming and lazing around. It is a long pristine stretch which is ideal for travelers who want to get away from it all. It is a hidden treasure of Goa which is all about simplicity.

  1. Galgibaga Beach: Move over the crowded and noisy Baga Beach and head to the Galgibaga Beach, also known as the Turtle Beach. It is one of the most secluded beaches in Goa but you might not see a single soul here. It is a long stretch of golden brown sand and there are no beach shacks here. You can find coconut palms surrounding the beach but the water is not safe for a swim.

Now, if you are running away from the hustle and bustle of city life, Goa can be an ideal choice. There is so much more to Goa than the parties and crowded beaches for you to explore.
